Effective January 1 2020, Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life have joined together as The Canada Life Assurance Company.
There is no change to carrier ID. 000011, however the following should be updated:
- In your practice management system, change the carrier name for carrier ID. 000011 from Great-West Life to The Canada Life Assurance Company.
- Update your email safe senders list to ensure you receive payment statements from the new email address providerclaimpayment@canadalife.com
Existing plan members will continue to use their Great-West Life benefit card until a new replacement is issued.
