NEW: You can now download a personal copy of your DAT scores for any test you have written since 2012.
To download a personal copy of your DAT transcript listing your scores, complete and submit the form below. Note:
- The email address must be your current email address on file with CDA for the DAT.
- Use the Payment Reference Number provided in the email confirmation you received when you registered for the particular DAT you want a transcript for. The email will be from dat@cda-adc.ca.
- The personal copy is for your own use only; a personal copy will not be accepted for dental school admissions.
