Difficulty to speakand swallow
Inability tomanage secretions (acuteonset of drooling is a
worrisome sign)
Inability to reclinedue to shortnessof breath (worrisome sign)
Extensivecaries
Tooth fracture
Toothmobility
Symptoms
Moderate to severepain
Swelling, oftenassociatedwith surface redness
Limitedmouthopening
