September 8, 2022 - The Canadian Dental Association extends our heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family on the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at the age of 96.
As Canada’s Head of State, Her Majesty was a fundamental part of Canada's system of government and our sense of identity. Her Majesty the Queen was our longest-reigning Monarch, and for many of us, the only Sovereign we have known.
As the living embodiment of the Crown, Her Majesty united Canadians and provided a collective sense of belonging to our country, anchoring our sense of national identity and pride. We will forever remember Her Majesty for her exemplary leadership and commitment to dedicating her life to public service, including serving Canada and Canadians.
