Brief Description of Product

Nighttime toothache relief liquid formula with benzocaine and chamomile

Directions for Use

Adults: Apply a pea-size amount of product to the affected area. Use up to 4 times daily or as directed by a physician or healthcare provider Do not eat for one hour following use. Do not chew gum or food while numbness persists.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients:

Benzocaine 20% w/w Zinc chloride 0.15% w/w

Inactive Ingredients:

Ammonium Glycyrrhizate, Aroma, Benzalkonium Chloride, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Menthol, PEG/PPG 116/66 Copolymer, Poloxamer 407, Polyethylene Glycol, Sodium Saccharin, Sorbic Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Water.

Label Warnings

Allergy alert: do not use this product if you have a history of allergic reaction to benzocaine, or any ingredient in the product. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur. In such case, discontinue use. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a physician or healthcare provider. Stop use and ask a health care provider if swelling, rash or fever develops irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens symptoms do not improve in 7 days following symptoms appear: weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing and/or blue coloured lips or nail beds as these may be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder, which may appear up to 2 hours after use. Avoid contact with eyes; if happens, rinse thoroughly with water. In case of overdose or allergic reaction, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre right away. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if Tamper-Evident Tab is open before first use. Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
