• Emergencyexaminations;
• Diagnosticradiography;
• Restorations forseverely
affectedteeth;all restorations
mustbepre-approvedby
submittingX-rays;
• Uncomplicatedemergency
extractions;allcomplicated
extractioncodesmustbe
submittedwithX-rays for
justification;
• Emergencyprescriptions
• Anesthetics;anesthetics
mustbesubmitted for
predetermination.
