Attached please find the Call for Applications for the CADR-NCOHR Student Research Awards. The Call for Applications is also available on the CADR website
Up to seven CADR-NCOHR Student Research Awards will be available for trainees to present their research at the AADR/CADR meeting in Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA, March 21-24, 2018. Award recipients will receive partial reimbursement towards their travel expenses in lieu of receipts. The mentor is expected to confirm that (s)he will support any expenses over and above the amount of the award, if necessary.
The two of the most highly ranked applicants will receive the IADR Unilever Hatton Divisional Award and will represent Canada in the Hatton Awards Competition sponsored by Unilever and the International Association for Dental Research (IADR). The Hatton Awards Competition will take place at the IADR General Session and Exhibition in London, England, in July 2018. Winners of the IADR Unilever Hatton Divisional Award will be reimbursed for airfare, hotel accommodations for four nights and registration fee to attend the meeting. The IADR central office will provide travel and hotel arrangements for the winners and the mentor is expected to confirm in advance that s/he will support additional expenses if necessary.
The deadline for applications is Friday, September 1, 2017.
