2004 Class inducted into the Canadian Section of the International College of Dentists
August 4, 2004 - Ottawa — The annual meeting and convocation of the Canadian Section of the International College of Dentists (ICD) was held on March 6, 2004 in Vancouver.
The ICD mission states it is an international dental organization dedicated to the recognition of outstanding professional achievement and meritorious service and the continued progress of the profession for the benefit of humankind.
During the annual meeting, Dr. Donna M. Brode of Windsor, Ontario was installed as president for the year 2004-2005 and is the first female president of the Canadian Section. Dr. Brode was inducted into the ICD in 1995 and served as Treasurer of the Canadian Section from 1997-2002. A 1975 graduate of the University of Toronto, Dr. Brode practices general dentistry in Windsor.
