CDAnet is the system that enables dentists to send patients' dental benefit claims to insurance companies electronically. Chances are that when you join a dental office one of the first things you will be asked to do is to subscribe to CDAnet.
Step 1: |
To make this process go as smoothly as possible, you must have your license number and be a member of the provincial/territorial dental association, or in Quebec a member of the CDA. Consult the Directory of Provincial Regulatory Authorities & Provincial Associations |
Step 2: |
You must complete a CDAnet subscription form for each dental office that you will be transmitting claims from.
Important- Before you fax your CDAnet Subscription Agreement, check to make sure that you have completed all the mandatory information on this form. CDAnet will not process forms that are incomplete.
CDAnet can be reached at 1-800-267-9701. Customer Service and Technical support personnel are available from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. CDAnet forms can be retrieved using the Faxback system available at this toll free number.
