These General Bylaws relate to the transaction of the business and affairs of the Canadian Dental Association, l'Association dentaire canadienne, in Canada and internationally in accordance with Canadian law.
The CDA General Bylaws include amendments approved by the Voting Members on April 24, 2010 and approved by Industry Canada on November 23, 2010.
